I am beyond satisfied with my experiences at Lemon Tree. All hair services are very affordable. All staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They are informative on the best way to care for my hair and recommending products/services that will keep my hair healthy. I have been getting perms for over 10 years. This is the first salon to recommend a keratin hair treatment that makes my perm last an entire extra month and has greatly helped with keeping my hair moisturized and healthy. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for fabulous hair and fantastic service.

I went to Lemon Tree Salon in Johnson City for the first time today, and had my hair cut by Carrie. My hair is mostly straight, with some hidden waves here and there, and silky-fine texture. In other words, it's very unforgiving of a so-so cut. Carrie gave me the best cut I've had in YEARS. I've gone to several stylists, in all price ranges in our area, and Carrie gave me the best cut out of them all. She's a lovely person, too. The salon is pleasant, has parking right in front, and is easy to get to. I will definitely be back!!

Jenna meticulously gave me highlights and then a nice cut. She was friendly, listened to exactly what i wanted and took her time. I’ll return for sure!

I fully trust this salon with my hair! I’m someone who only gets a big cut once a year or so (this time was almost 2 years!). I moved to the area a few years ago and have only gone to Lemon Tree JC since. The first time I had Carrie as a stylist, this time Jenna. Both have done exactly the cut I wanted. They were able to see my vision with a simple picture/video reference and some explanation of how I wear my hair daily. Awesome recommendations and tips for keeping up with my desired look. Great environment and friendly stylists. I’ll only go here!!

This place is a total gem! From step 1 I loved that I can book online and all of the services have a description so you know what to expect. Michael did an amazing job, my hair looks fabulous! I've been to multiple salons where the balyage involved teasing, not at Lemon Tree! I got a true hand painted balyage that looks amazing, I'm definitely going to be a repeat client 😍

i'm at student at binghamton and got my second haircut here today, i don't remember who i had my first time but i remember being very happy with my cut. today i had carrie, the manager, and she did such a fantastic job. i have medium/long, fine curly/wavy hair which is always a concern for haircuts and i am beyond happy with my cut and my experience :) very reasonable price for very professional and knowledgeable hairdresser and great haircut !! would reccomend

Made a surprise appointment for my girlfriend who had been mentioning how brittle her hair was becoming and how she hadn't been to a salon in years. I chose Lemon Tree as they seemed to have a treatment to help strengthen her hair, and I wanted to see how the experience would be to witness. That being said, from the moment we walked in, when she sat in the chair till the moment we left, she came out happy, hydrated and glowing. Carrie dismissed our slightly late arrival and still provided an amazing detailed, friendly and welcoming service for her that I will be more than happy to repeat again in the future. Highly recommend.

This place has amazing hairdressers. They are very experienced at coloring. They do kids and men too. They have great pricing that is mega affordable too. The chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to get your hair done.

Perfect haircut highly recommended

Got a spiral perm with Shari, I usually get a perm done once a year and have been hoping around stylist to stylist as I have not been able to get the results I wanted. Shari was beyond exceptional. There was a few bumps in trying to figure out the best course of action for my hair but overall the results were phenomenal. My hair has never been so curly the day after the perm and will continue to see her from now on! If you’re looking to get a perm I would 100% suggest Shari. Worth every penny!

This was my first time going here. I had Alyssa an she was absolutely amazing, took her time on listening to what i wanted, an explaining on what she’s going to do with my hair. I showed her a pic of what i wanted an let me just say she gave me exactly what i wanted an it turned out like the picture. I will definitely be coming back here!!

I just go in for a simple haircut. Tried many different places in the area and this is the one I always end back at. Melinda knows just how to cut perfect layers and keep the length. I woke up the day after, looking like I just had a fresh blow out. I’ve never been disappointed.

Carrie was absolutely wonderful. I really didn’t know what I wanted done to my hair. I knew the color that I wanted and that was about it. She came through. She made my hair look amazing and she did a great job on my eyebrows. Shari cut my mom’s hair and she loves her hair. They are both very personable and they both made it a fun experience while remaining professional. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning 😊

For anyone considering this Salon (it used to be called The Cutting Crew, & was previously located inside the Oakdale Mall. They are now called Lemon Tree Hair Salon & are located 753 Harry L Drive Johnson City, New York 13790. Same building as Window World), I would highly recommend Briana if you go. All of the stylists there are fantastic, don't get me wrong lol. Briana is just my regular hair stylist for hair cuts, but no matter which stylist you go with, you definitely get the best haircut for the price

I have to say in all my time here they have been nothing but nice and respectful to all customers. I currently serve in the army reserves and I always go here to get my hair cut before I go to drill. 11/10 service! Would recommend to anyone who needs a quick but really well done cut

I'm pretty picky about my haircuts so the fact that I came back even once after my first visit means thry do a good job or at least Chloe can I can't speak for the other stylists but they have a good amount of stylists so that must mean something

Much more spacious location, the woman who did my hair was super polite, and gave me an excellent cut. Highly recommend. I've never been disappointed by the cuts I get from the ladies that work here.

Pretty solid place to get salon service, especially for a chain. Given how prices have gone up due to the pandemic, theirs are actually fairly reasonable. Service is friendly as well, although the mask protocols are cumbersome even if they are necessary.

I have loved this place for years!!! Just got the BEST cut yesterday!! My cut is not easy for all stylists, however Courtney does a fabulous job! All the stylists are great... the price is unbeatable... everyone is so friendly!

I love getting my hair cut and colored there but the only hair stylists I will have touch my hair is Courtney , BRIANA , AND OR MELINDA. I'VE ALSO HAD THEM CUT MY 5 YR OLD DAUGHTER'S HAIR CUT AND BRAIDED AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB.

I just got my hair dyed and highlighted and the person who did my hair I cant for the life of me.think of her name but I looked at it for 2 hours she was a manager according to her name tag she really took her time and put.alot of effort into my hair and all in all it was a good turn out first time in forever I did anything for myself I'd probably go back there again

Love this salon!!! Its a walk in only but you can call ahead to find out the wait time and put your name on the list. Which is awesome cause your not sitting there waiting. Every stylist is professional and courteous.

Best place to get your hair cut

I brought my son in, he is on the Spectrum and HATES his hair cut. It was as a walkin, I didnt have to wait long, and the stylist did amazing. Trust me it was no easy task! I would recommend them to anyone. They were all extremely nice and non judgmental! We will be going back everytime now. Thank you !
