Kelly is the best. She is the ONLY Stylist that listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. The entire shop is clean and the staff is nice. I haven't been happy with a haircut ever, until now. I got my haircut by Allie on Tuesday and she did a fantastic job. Relaxing wash, nice products, and a time efficient haircut! The other workers were very welcoming too and the salon itself was cute! I will be returning!!

Awesome experience here! I needed a haircut and did not have time to make an appointment and I discovered lemon tree. I was able to walk in and be seen right away. Allison cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. I have very long, thick hair and I had her take about 6 to 7 inches off, and add layers. I’m very happy with my hair and Allison.

I had a great hairdresser named Ginger. This was my 1st time here. I showed pic of what color and few highlights I wanted. She beautiful job. Took her time.She was trying to teach explain to 2 other hairdresser that were young need confidence. She was great with them. The girls also good. I had an amazing experience at Lemon Tree Hair Salon! It was a very welcoming and friendly environment which made me feel comfortable getting my hair done. Ginger and Diana were both lovely to talk to as I got my hair bleached, colored, cut, and styled! Diana did a phenomenal job with my hair and I feel very happy with it! I would definitely come here again. Overall, my experience felt wholesome and warm.

My stylist was Allie and I’ve never had a stylist be so patient, kind, funny, and non-judgmental. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding salons so this is the first time I’ve gone to one in years. Allie asked me my name and pronouns, and was enthusiastic about the haircut and color I wanted. She was definitely someone I could trust with my hair. I’m definitely coming back!!

She really takes her time explains everything that she’s gonna do .and asks you if you are OK with it ,asks you if you like it she really listens to what you want and she does a fantastic job. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I found my new stylist and I’m so excited about it and I’m so glad I gave the lemon tree a try. 😊

Alexis did an amazing job! I went in for a haircut (first visit), about shoulder-length. I usually bring a picture for reference, but didn’t have time to find one I liked, so I just described to her what I was looking for and she absolutely nailed it. It can be hard going to a new salon because you don’t know what to expect, but I’m so happy that I did because I’m in love with my haircut!!

I took my daughter to a shop across the street from lemon tree they completely messed her hair up. I called lemon tree and they put the Manager ginger on. She had us come right in she fixed my daughters hair. Thank you for staying past your closing time. I highly recommend coming here don't go any place else. I just can't say enough thank you ginger for everything and taking her tears away.

I had my haircut recently by the manager Ginger, who did a fantastic job and in recent years I haven’t been this satisfied as due to convenience usually have it done by whoever is available. Good rapport with the customers, pleasant friendly and most of all an expert in her craft knowing exactly what the customer wants .

When you go to get your hair done... you NEED to ask for Ana! ANA IS PURE PERFECTION! You see her one time and your hooked! She really knows what she's doing but, not only that but, she really cares to make you look your best! I've had her cutting my hair for years and I feel better once I'm in her chair and once I leave with the clean fresh cut! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I had my haircut here recently and was taken care of by Ana Rodriguez, she made the whole experience exceptional with her attention to detail and personalized care. Her personality make you feel at home and her expertise shows when you are done, making you feel like a new person. Gentry is the place where they care!! Excellent service friendly environment and my whole family goes there. I usually go for Lasio treatment,it makes my hair soft,shiny and frizz free. Ginger has been doing it for a long time and it shows.

In addition to getting a full highlight with toner that was gorgeous, I also got a keratin treatment that is amazing for my hair especially with the hard water I have at home. All the staff here are amazing. Ginger is the sweetest and will help you with anything you want and knows how to give you exactly what you want. If you are picky with your hair and want someone who cares this is the place for you.

I recommend Lexi to everyone I know who is looking for a new hairstyle/color. Prior to finding Lexi, I was terrified of getting my hair done due to past experiences with hair salons, but Lexi has been doing my hair for the last 4-5 years and every time I leave her, I feel so confident and empowered! I have never looked forward to getting my hair done as much as I have since I’ve been coming to Lexi! My cut/color comes out perfect every time. She really sees a vision and executes it to perfection! The salon is always clean and cozy, and is decorated for every holiday! All of the stylists there make you feel so welcome and it is an overall 11/10 experience each time!

Would highly recommend Gentry if looking for a hair salon around Syracuse area with reasonable prices! With being new to the area, I was a bit worried about trusting my hair to a new place, but this ended up being a really good choice. Ginger was great— I never felt rushed and she made sure I was 100% happy with my haircut. Definitely one of the best haircuts I have ever had! Will be coming back. This is a hair salon chain but I never would have guessed it with the service I received!

Best experience at a salon in many moons. Tricia did an excellent job coloring my hair while multitasking a few others at the same time. I don't think I can go anywhere else after the great experience I had.

Great hair cuts and friendly service! They're also one of the cheapest hair cutteries I've seen, especially with their special discounts on Mondays and Tuesdays. I've also never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, and usually there's no wait at all.

My wife and I stopped in just after 11 AM this morning and we were each extremely happy with our haircuts. The pleasant hairstylist who cut our hair did an awesome job. She was by herself, but is talented and worked efficiently. Of course, this didn't save her from having to endure a rather rude "customer", who was upset about the wait. He stormed off, but she handled it with grace. I know that we will be back, because we had a wonderful experience. :-)
