We understand life is sometimes hectic, and schedules change.

Your appointments are very important to us. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency; however, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

As a courtesy, all appointments made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will be confirmed via email, text, or phone call. We appreciate you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. Thank you for your understanding.
