I came into the salon after my hair was destroyed by another hairdresser, first day no appointment came in and got my haircut fixed on the spot. Melissa was very professional and sweet to me even though I was definitely in a more emotional state. Came back to do some color correction on my hair after an extremely horrible bleaching job was done to me from before. It was truly impressive the job Melissa did, she really deserves all the kudos. The rest of staff was equally as friendly, and helpful from what I observed. Recommend this location 100 percent.

So I actually never write Google reviews, but I 100% had to today! I haven't had a good experience getting my hair cut in the past few years, so I had a lot of dead hair and was super nervous about getting it cut. My stylist Katelyn was absolutely amazing! We chatted a lot, and it was so reassuring to make such a connection with my stylist! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is uneasy about haircuts, specifically Katelyn!!

I had a very good experience with Melissa yesterday. She did a root touch up and blow dry. She was very gentle on my aging head which I appreciated more than she knew. We picked the perfect color to cover my grey. I did have sticker shock with the blow out but the color out weighed it. I haven’t been to a salon in forever so I can’t compare price. I thought the blow dry after color was part of the service.

My husband surprised me with a day of pampering and getting my hair done! Shelby was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of me, took her time and made me feel so special..... not to mention it came out amazing!!

I took two toddlers to this hair salon and I was guardedly optimistic that we would have even a decent experience. To my amazement the women who work in this place are so professional so caring and so understanding with children that I would recommend anyone with children to take them to this hair salon.

I have been going to the Selden-Centereach location for some time now. The prices are so reasonable. Dawn does a phenomenal job cutting and blowing out my hair. Love the way my hair comes out every time! The staff are all very friendly.

My niece is visiting from out of state and wanted to get a more “grownup” haircut. We were recommended to come to Lemon Tree hair salon and it was a wonderful experience! I took my daughter in today to cut and donate her hair. Everyone was so excited for her and treated her like gold. Pam did a fabulous job on her new short style and now my daughter looks and feels like a rockstar!! My cut was with a different stylist and unfortunately I didn’t leave feeling great. I got the opposite of what I asked for. I cried when I left. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and I will continue going just not with the stylist I had today. 10 stars to Pam!!!!

Everyone is so friendly and they work so well together! It makes a difference to have a group all helping each other resulting in great results in your service- regardless of what it is! I had “ashy” highlights added in to blend w my salt and pepper hair…my hair is naturally black but Hope was able to achieved the look I was going for! Week prior was also there for a keratin express which took away the frizz without leaving it too straight- which it was perfect! Hope also trimmed my hair and fixed a prior terrible haircut without taking off too much- which was important to me since we have a wedding coming up.

Ms. Jacquelyn really made my hair look and feel amazing. She washed my hair, gave me a head massage, cut and styled my hair, and even showed me how to style my new haircut. For such a low price I’m shocked at how well I was treated and how good my hair looks. I have hip length hair that’s very thick and she knew how to work with it and added the most beautiful layers. Highly recommend not only this salon, but Jacquelyn specifically!

I’ve always adored my previous “hair person” in East Tx as I saw her for years and is super precious to me. But as I had to move for work and needed to find a new person quickly I was referred to Jazmin at Lemontree in Dallas and couldn’t be more grateful! Not only is she super talented and kind, she took the time to help me get my hair to where I wanted even though my sweet former hair stylist could never quite get there for fear of hair damage (which I appreciated.) Jazmin was so thorough in getting every strand transitioned to gray while taking extra care to lessen any damage. She reduced any exposure to heat that was necessary as well. She went so far as to fit my mother in for a quick cut when she KNEW it wouldn’t compromise my lengthy process, and even offered to meet with my darling teen niece to show her how to style her unruly mixed race hair curly hair while only charging for the wash when I brought in the products. The entire transition process only took 2 sessions and I’m extremely pleased! I’ll continue seeing Jazmin for more pampering, toning, and minor cut sessions but mainly to enjoy our conversations! She’s an amazing stylist and person!! 10 stars!!!!

I’ve had my haircut here four times with three different stylists. I first show the stylist a photo for the preliminary cut. After that, I ask for little tweaks to get it just right. Also, the shampoo treatments have been effective at removing excess oils and chlorine from my hair. Lemon Tree, so far, has been giving me a nice sharp look and a refreshed feel!

I've been going to Lemon Tree for over a year. I continue to see Corinne. She is the best! Always friendly and a fantastic stylist. I have short hair with medium red highlights and Corinne always exceeds my expectations. She is with me from start to finish and never rushed. She always offers coffee or water and continues to check on me through my processing. She is exceptional with cuts and color. She always makes professional recommendations and reviews pricing. I feel more than comfortable in the salon and always pleased with my results.

I had my haircut recently by the manager Ginger, who did a fantastic job and in recent years I haven’t been this satisfied as due to convenience usually have it done by whoever is available. Good rapport with the customers, pleasant friendly and most of all an expert in her craft knowing exactly what the customer wants .

They only charge $15 and I found a good hair cutter.

Everyone is very Sweet and knowledgeable. I’ve been here 4-5 times and never had a bad experience. Ivonne has been my hairstylist the last couple times and she is absolutely amazing. Caleb is another high stylist I had experience with and he is the sweetest too. Both easy to talk too and the price is good. Highly recommended.

Well I had an appt just this week that I needed to change by one day. I called and rescheduled the appt and hung up believing it was with Amanda. Come to find out I called when Amanda left and they never told me she was no longer there. Ok so you thought you had me but I did find out before my appt time I called to cancel I told you why I was cancelled and you then precede to tell me I don't have an appt on the calendar. Come on I wasn't born yesterday you were going to have me come in and think I would just go to someone else. Not gonna happen I wouldn't use a business that is run by lies and sneakyness

My 14yo child and I started going here a few months ago and get very simple cuts usually. Today was no exception. However, this review isn't about our service, which was excellent. I would like to commend the staff regarding the service I saw with other patrons. They are all very friendly. The colors and cuts they give are fabulous! I've been impressed each time we've gone. Maybe I'll be more adventurous next time I go. Lol.

Had the best experience at lemon tree in lindenhurst..dont walk...run. It's not worth to pay hundreds of dollars at a fancy.salon . When you can get the same look and better service for less. I had my haircut with Lori... she was amazing... and then Hope flat ironed my hair. The team of of women in this salon is wonderful...comforting and strong. My regular hairdresser is out of the country for the summer, so on a whim I decided to stop by Lemon Tree for a wash and a blow-out. I was a walk-in, and they took me right away. Omg was I surprised with the wonderful service and the professionalism from the staff members, not to mention the amazing job Lisa did with my hair. I looked like a brand new person when I left, and I felt so good about myself. Talk about a transformation. ❤️ I highly recommend Lisa for all of your hair needs. She is completely amazing, and you will not leave disappointed.

Firstly I visited for hair cut for me & my daughter. So took my appointment for keratin treatment which stays for 3-4months she explained me & now that my hair was beautiful smooth no more fizzy. First of all the whole staff was on point with being helpful to one another and everyone seemed to be such good team players. I was so impressed with the fast movement because of everyone being on the same page with one another. But Denise!! She was a God sent! I booked online and it went in as color but I wanted my hilights touched up and lightened, which takes much longer than a color, which she didn’t have time for on her books. This woman worked her magic anyway and had me leaving the building looking better than I thought I was going to. She was sweet, personable and made me feel safe in the sense of my hair. I asked for almost no hair taken off and she called it a dusting and did it the way I requested. So often I ask for the tiniest trim and multiple inches are cut off but she just made it look even, cleaned up, and so healthy. I was so happy with my service and with my experience all together and will definitely be coming back!

My first time at Lemon Tree MOST DEFINITELY WONT BE MY LAST! Ali was just Soo amazing! I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, I was super nervous at first but Ali helped me and told me that if I cut my dry ends my hair will eventually grow. Let me tell you she was not lying! My hair is growing and it feels sooo soft and healthy. If you book with Ali book a style with it so she can add more personal lite touches 10 out of 10! Will definitely be coming back!! :)

I started going to Lemon tree a few years ago. I have in the past spent A LOT of money at expensive salons in Beverly Hills (Fekai, Sassoon, bla bla) and rarely do I feel like it was money well spent. Enter Robin...Since my lifestyle had changed since moving here I wasn't in dire need of super styling and upkeep, however the tiny grey roots that would come in made me crazy and I decided I would ask Robin her advice. She suggested I go blonde and the mere suggestion made me gasp in horror! Blonde? Good God!!! But a few months later I thought what the hell? I am tired of coloring my hair. It's just too tedious. Robin did it slowly and methodically and made it look gorgeous over a 10 month period while it grew out. I got rave reviews the whole time and after a lifetime of being a brown haired curly girl I am taking a lovely stroll on the straight, shoulder length, blonde express. I love it and my husband loves it. At my high school reunion I had the best time teasing people because no one recognized me and it became a big joke about me joining Witness Protection and moving to NY. Book Robin if you want the best!

I’ve been bringing my elderly mother here for a few years. The only hairdresser she uses is Jackie. Jackie has never disappointed my mother. She takes her time and is extremely patient with mom. I highly recommend Jackie. Truth be told, this particular LemonTree salon is nothing fancy. It’s only because of Jackie I bring my mom.

Christina is the first hair dresser that I have seen in a long time. She was great with me the moment I sat in her chair. She finds solutions when I talk to her about concerns for my hair or questions and she will find a way to give you what you're looking for with your hair! I've gotten highlights and haircuts from her and she has not disapointed me once. She is a very warm and relaxing person to talk with as well so it's not awkward silence! And she will never do anything you would not know about behind your back as she is doing your hair. She also accommodates well for sensitive scalp(s) or any other issues a customer may have!

I have really bad experiences in hair salons, I'm from South Carolina and I'm here visiting family. I gave up trying to find someone because it was so crazy expensive to be leave unhappy every time...so I thought, I can do my own hair, but it went badly lol I went into lemon tree with low expectations because I ruined my hair, and i was prepared to deal with the consequences. That's life lol (fyi the before pictures she has don't do my melted, gray, muddy looking hair justice, it was terrible) Miss Pam is exceptional, kind, funny, and fun to talk to. She offered what she thought would work best for my hair, and why, and she listens to you and makes you feel like she wants you in her chair. And then, she did phenomenally. My hair is bright, the cut is cute and flirty, my hair feels great. Her personality and talent made the 10 hour drive worth it for me. I am so thankful I got lucky and found her! The rest of the staff were wonderful too. They make it a place you will want to return to over and over. Very charming people and all their clients look pretty dang good y'all, I totally recommend this place. The cost of my hair was a significantly less of what I usually pay on average. Made me feel like I could afford to look cute again lol.

Katelyn was very thorough and helpful during my appointment. She helped me with deciding on pretty drastic change and a new hair style that I have never tried before. I appreciated her so much informing me about my different options and making sure I was going to be happy with the results. And I am so happy with my new summer hair cut!

I came in thinking my hair was unfixable trying to get it back to its natural after dying it black for so long, in only two sessions i absolutely fell in love with my hair. everyone is so sweet and i could tell they genuinely care about what they do. 10/10 will come back for all my hair color needs.

jackie b is amazing and the sweetest. she washed, trimmed and french braided my already layered hair and by the time she was done, you wouldn’t even have known i had layers, that’s how good it looked! lemon tree has such a friendly atmosphere and i felt so comfortable the second i walked in. i definitely recommend jackie and lemon tree. i will for sure be coming back.

If you're looking for a cut and don't want to pay an arm and a leg, this is definitely the place to go. She cut 4 inches off of my hair and took great direction.
