Man, I can’t stand myself. The lady who only hair, she did an amazing job. As many times as I glanced at her name on her certificate, must have been at least 20 or more and I can’t remember her name? Emily? I k ow she’s moving to Plano, she’s getting married, she is the sweetest thing, and she was amazing all around. She permed my hair so I waited until wash day to make my review. Five stars isn’t enough. I came to this location from Arlington, idk why, it’s the one that popped up when booking the appointment. I found out there’s a location much closer to me. Idc. I’m following her to Plano. Please let me know if I got her name right. 6 months? It’s a date, girl.

The salon has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and Michelle is a very kind person. However, she talks excessively throughout the haircut, which can be overwhelming for clients who simply want a quiet, relaxing experience. More importantly, I feel that all the talking distracts her from listening to the client's instructions. I specifically asked her more than once not to cut the back of my hair because I'm growing it out, but she ended up cutting off quite a bit anyway. She later acknowledged that I had told her. Hair takes time to grow, and it's frustrating when clear instructions aren't followed. I hope Michelle takes this feedback constructively. Sometimes, less conversation and more attention to the client's wishes can make all the difference.

I’ve always had a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting my hair cut because of past experiences with hairstylists who didn’t listen to what I wanted and instead did what they thought was best. Today was my first appointment with Amy, and I couldn’t be happier! She took the time to listen to my concerns, understood exactly what I was looking for, and delivered! Me & my husband went around this Monday. I had a hair cut/trim , a hydration treatment & blowdry. He had a haircut. Both our services were done by Stylist Chloe & she was very patient in understanding our requirements, so sweet & extremely friendly & energetic! Love her energy. Will definitely visit her once I'm in Dallas, the next time! Thanks, Chloe & the lemon tree team. Also, thank you for accommodating my husband's hair cut request lately, even when we were 30 minutes late. The last time, I was at Dallas during the summers, I had a hair cut from Ammy & she was amazing too. Good services here, clean, hygienic, good staff & the price is reasonable & fast service too. I'm a Black chick with grey hair and a pixie cut. This chick Michelle is thebomb.com. She talks the entire time with stories that will fascinate you and blow your mind. You get nervous because you're wondering if she's paying attention to what she's doing. I've been going to her for a year now and I think that the more stories she tells you the better she cuts. Let her cook please! OMG absolutely fantastic! All hair types and very skilled. The White woman before me, I was in awe of her haircut. Five stars for sure.
