Cancellation Policy

We understand life is sometimes hectic and schedules change.

Your appointments are very important to us. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency, however, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

As a courtesy, all appointments made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will be confirmed via email, text, or phone call. We appreciate you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. Thank you for your understanding.
