Cancellation Policy
We understand life is sometimes hectic and schedules change.
Your appointments are very important to us. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you call the salon directly at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving 24-hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We appreciate you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. Thank you for your understanding.
