First time going here and I will definitely be going back! I was nervous because there were a lot of mixed reviews on here, but I really wanted to find somewhere local to get my haircut. I had made an appointment and when I arrived, they got me into a chair right away. I was in and out in less than a half hour with a perfect haircut! The prices are great, too. So happy to have given this place a chance! This is going to be my new go-to place. Thanks for the great haircut!!! :)

Kate , my saving grace. She literally took me in as a walk in and there’s not enough words to explain how truly grateful I am for her. I had my hair done a couple days prior and it devastated me but as the non confrontational person I am I didn’t want to say anything. I walked out of this salon and got in my car and just started bawling my eyes out. Tears of joy of course ! She turned my disaster that I called my hair into something I was so freaking happy to show off. I am so excited with the results and can actually say I got a caramel honey balayage. Thank you Kate

I was referred to this LemonTree in Shirley by a co-worker. I had recently moved to the area and was asking for referrals. She referred this LemonTree in Shirley and I'm thrilled with my highlights and cut. I was referred to Colleen and she was patient and looked at the dozens of pictures of the combination of styles...this length, these bangs and she cut and highlighted my hair with exactly what I wanted. I recommend this place to everyone who compliments my new look. Go, you won't be disappointed..

So I haven't really used lemon tree much in the past but I'm not really happy with the prices for most places when it's almost $24 for a haircut something that does not take very long especially for me. I think their prices are fair and even when I go with my son who is 5 years old we walk away with two haircuts for about 20 bucks. I think that's pretty fair and I definitely will keep coming back.

I was so impressed with the whole experience at Lemon Tree shirley. First of all, I called another lemon tree, the woman that answered was rude and impatient with my questions ( I was looking to color and unsure about how late I could come in and wanted advice as to how long an appt should be for that to take place before closing). When I called Lemon Tree of Shirley though, the person who answered the phone was more than happy to take the time to answer my questions, assured me that they would have enough time, and would keep me in the loop if they needed more time and would schedule me for another time. Then, she suggested Dawn because she is so great with color, and said that they could see me that evening! When I arrived for my appt, I walked in and was seen instantly. Dawn is amazing, very honest about what could be achieved with my home box color mess that sat on my head. She listened to and looked at a picture of what I wanted as a cut, then suggested a better one for my thin hair. It wound up being a double process with extra treatment because of my hairs fragile state and the hair cut, all done within an hour and a half AND was only $130. I don't like spending money (hence home box dye and youtube driven self hair cuts) nor do I like spending time on any of this stuff. Dawn said next cut and color will only be 45....but even if it was 130, totally worth it! My cut is perfect for me, the color is stunning. I'm getting compliments everywhere I go! I highly recommend THIS Lemon tree in shirley!

Great prices and fast haircuts for men ..I got a fade they were done in 10 mins ..and it was as good as a barber ..just can't get a skin fade but zero is close enough

Amanda is a amazing stylist, even though I accidentally showed her the Wrong picture at first but when i showed her what I really wanted she took the time and went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted.

I got my perm here, and they were amazing while I waited for my hair to dry off after the shampoo, it also lasted 3 months and I’m going today to get another perm.

I have been going to expensive hair salons for years. My stylish recently moved away and I was in desperate need of a trim. My girlfriend recommended Lemon tree, which I'm usually leary going to lower-end hair establishments. But I made my appointment and was quickly seated with Dawn who was gentle and professional. She did a nice trim on my wavy to curly hair and was pleasantly surprised it was only $12! Omg...I would have paid 3 times as much at a fancy hair salon for the same thing! Thank you Dawn for making my experience a pleasant one!

Joanne cut my daughter's hair and was very patient with her and extremely helpful! This was my daughter's first haircut and she took the extra time out to show her how to style it. She was extremely friendly and absolutely knew what she was doing! My sister-in-law's mom is going back today 😁

I was a walk in, the young girl who cut my hair was super sweet and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I can't believe I don't remember her name because I'd only go back to her. She was great!

Was very nervous due to the other reviews but over all so happy with my outcome! I had Tricia who helped me make a decision on what to do with my hair and made me feel so comfortable. People are normally scared of the dentist I’m TERRIFIED of getting my hair cut and she simply made it so easy for me ! Would recommend

Good color and cut for a good price.The color stayed in a long time and was good quality.I have fragile hair,good coverage using the lower strength peroxide.My color was custom mixed. Much better than doing it yourself.

The new girl Eureka who started in Feb '19 did a great job on my haircut today. The place was alittle slow and they took me right in. The haircut was done pretty quick. She was very personable, funny, and nice to talk to. The Lemon Tree does a good job and hires good reliable people.

I’m probably the worst customer in the sense that I only get my hair done twice a year and I’m extremely apprehensive and nervous bc of past bad experiences and honesty the fact is I don’t like change lol. Also I can’t schedule an appointment bc in the past my work schedule was so irratic. Anyway, Toni did my hair today I have stupidly long hair to my waist and I got highlights. The last time was in January so it’s usually hard to match the color and even it out. Toni did an amazing job and toned it perfectly. She also cut it just the way I like it. Couldn’t be happier!
