Have been going to Sophia for a while. Was looking for a bit of a change..go back to shorter and easier. Had a picture example and she did a great job.

Jackie was absolutely amazing, will request her for every appointment. I got a wash, cut and blow dry. I wanted long butterfly layers with face framing and curtain bangs and she nailed it. Took the time to instruct me how to style it and made me look and feel amazing after my appointment.

This was my first time coming back to Lemon Tree. After an issue I had in the past three months ago ahead went to go get my hair done and one of the shampoo girls after several times of asking her to scrub a little harder did not get all of the shampoo out of my hair I had paid for a blowout and my hair instantly was itchy and greasy. I had to go to a wedding and last minute my hairstylist in Sayville had to cancel me last minute I live in the town of Patchogue so I decided to stop in and see if my experience this time would be good. I had no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in a shampoo. Assistant was very kind and sweet if I remember correctly, her name was Demi. She had welcomed me with a big smile and had shampooed me perfectly. Got every little bit out and I was very consistent. She then had brought me to a hairstylist chair if I remember, I think her name was Jackie. Jackie had blew me out and it looked very bouncy and amazing. Would definitely come back and definitely would book with these two girls again.🥰

Went for a color last weekend last min on a Sunday and Viridiana took care of me! I have gotten so many compliments! Such a sweetheart..will be going to her for all my coloring needs from now on!

Colleen B is a miracle worker for everything!! I have very curly hair and she know exactly how to cut it. She is a magician with hair color too! Definitely recommend anyone who wants quality color and a great haircut to see Colleen B. She is in both Patchogue and Sayville.

Lemon Tree Hair Salon in Patchogue is hands down one of the best local spots around! Finding a salon that offers top tier hair care while maintaining a warm, family friendly atmosphere is rare, but Chandani and her team make it look effortless. I went in last month frantically needing a miracle. I had attempted an at home bleach job before a major weekend event, and it turned into an absolute disaster. It was patchy, brassy, and completely fried. I walked into the Patchogue salon near tears without an appointment, fully prepared to be turned away. Instead, Chandani personally stepped in, calmed me down, and worked absolute magic. She took her time assessing the damage, talking me through every step of the correction, and spent hours meticulously working to save my hair. By the time I walked out, not only was the disaster completely fixed, but my hair looked like a rich, glossy, dynamic masterpiece that I actually loved even more than my original goal. Chandani is a true artist and a perfectionist who genuinely cares about the person in her chair. Beyond that stellar personal service, the entire shop is clean, welcoming, and budget friendly. I brought my elderly mom to Taylor for a haircut and she gave her a fabulous haircut. She listened to what we wanted and the result was more beautiful than cuts my mom has had at other salons. We will return.

I originally went to Medford location 40 minutes to close according to the website and they refused service saying they were closed already. Absolutely awful experience. I raced to the patchogue location 10 minutes before close and they couldn't be nicer! They will get my money everytime!

Colleen is an Amazing stylist and so patient!

I personally haven’t been to this location yet but I was in the Sayville location last night where Colleen was (she is between both locations). I wasn’t able to write a review on the Sayville page since I already did so in the past. The girl who usually does my hair went home sick and I was asked if I want to reschedule or have Colleen do my hair. I took the chance and gave her a try and I’m so glad I did. It was a simple color, cut and blow dry but when it came to the haircut, she really listened to what I wanted, made sure I was ok with the length and just really took her time over all. I will definitely schedule with her again!!

Came here for my first time ever for a straight trim. A young girl Julia cut my hair just how I asked for it. No complaints...will return.

I had a near disaster hair dye experience but thankfully Colleen and Jackie were there to help. I went here for the first time to have a stylist do a whole head application of Artic Fox hair dye. Colleen began applying and when she asked Jackie to open the second bottle for her, Jackie noticed it was a different color then what we had already applied. All 3 of us were in shock and horror because the color that was already applied was a super bright red compared to the color I actually wanted. It turned out that Sallys gave me 2 different dye colors. The situation was exacerbated due to the fact that I'm getting married on Tuesday so now was not the time to experiment with mixing colors. Without freaking out, Colleen immediately and calmly offered a solution to try and blend the two colors together. Both her and Jackie were first off so sympathetic to the situation and reassured me that we will figure it out and that the colors should blend nicely because they were in the same color family. As I sat there processing, and calling Sally Beauty to let them know the situation they put me in, I began to feel more and more anxious and upset but Colleen and Jackie continued to reassure me that everything will work out. When I asked about possibly coming in to fix it the next day, Colleen right away checked the schedule to check availability and even though she was going to be off, offered to let her manager know the situation so we could remedy the worst case scenario. When it was time to wash it out, all 3 of us were anxious to see the result, but both of them made me feel instantly relieved when they said the color was actually beautiful and definitely not magenta like Sallys told me it would be. Colleen happily dried a section from the bottom half of my hair and my crown area since those two sections would have been the most different due to the dye situation. I felt so much better and relieved once seeing the end result cause the color actually came out beautiful, not what I initially expected but still something I could work with for my wedding day. By the time I left, I felt like I made two new friends and they even told me to come back in and show them wedding pictures lol. They were both so kind, compassionate and supportive through the whole situation and if they were anything but that I would have severely freaked out. Before my actual appointment, I ended up calling three different times and each time Colleen and another women I spoke to (dont know their name) were so friendly and didn't get annoyed that I kept calling to figure out an appointment, that's what ultimately led to me choosing this location because of their great customer service over the phone, especially compared to other Lemon Trees I called. I also want to mention that Colleens application and sectioning was flawless, compared to the hair stylist I seen at the Lemon Tree in Ronkonkoma a few months ago who applied the dye to my hair in one large section leaving very obvious dry spots. Overall my experience was filled with ups and down but I left happy and Colleen saved my hair, I'm so thankful for the both of them and will definitely be returning ! Thank you Colleen and Jackie =)

Colleen is a fantastic hair stylist!! My silver hair was making me feel washed out so I booked a cut and lowlights. Colleen has an experienced eye for color; she matched my original undercolor perfectly. She took her time and meticulously added lowlights. Her effort is much appreciated as everyone who has seen it says it looks entirely natural and it does, she matched it that perfectly. She gave me a great cut and blowout too and I walked out of there a new woman. Highly recommend, especially for specialized color and highlighting services. I couldn't be happier, thanks a million Colleen, you're the best!!!
